At Love’s Favor by Jah and Jay Collections, LLC, each piece is handcrafted with love and intention. Because of the nature of resin art, every item is one-of-a-kind—no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

We believe these natural variations in color, design, and finish make your resin piece uniquely yours. Please note the following:

• All sales are final.
• Products are non-refundable due to their custom, handmade nature.
• Variations in resin (such as swirls, bubbles, color shifts, or embedded materials) are not defects but part of the uniqueness of your item.

• If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will review your request and, at our discretion, may provide a replacement or store credit.
• Custom items cannot be refunded, but we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution if damage occurs in transit.

• Resin products are decorative only and not intended as toys or food-safe items.
• Jewelry or pocket hearts should be stored properly to prevent scratches.
• Each piece is handcrafted and therefore subject to natural variations.
